Online Video sites have doubled in popularity in 2007
Online video sites such as Youtube and many others have doubled in popularity in 2007.According to a report issued by the Pew internet&American life project,(48%) of online adult users said they have visited a video site.Compared to the year before it has shown to bring a 45% year-to-year growth.Up to (15%)of respondents said they had they had visited video sites recently before the survey.This survey study was drawn out of 2,054 Americans,ages 18 and older,between October 24 and December 2,2007.This report not only shows a surge in video site usage,but how it also may be a cause of concern for people between the ages of 18 to 24,almost half don't read books for pleasure within a year.Average reading scores in tests have declined between all age groups and levels of education.

Making 3D models from videos
A company named "Boing Boing" has created a new form of software called "Video Trace".Video Trace allows you to create 3D models from images in video clips.The user is able to create the 3D model images by tracing the shape of the object that will be modeled in one or many more frames in a video.The user can make 3D realistic models of whatever object they want to create from that video.
